Top three herbs that get me through the stress of living this pandemic life

During a lengthy discussion about mood-altering substances, Ashawagandha was mentioned. I use it to slow me down after drinking too much caffeine. It was suggested by a listener during my podcast on Stereo.com/@imadeamesss, that I should only use a teaspoon after saying it makes me sleepy.
Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub that grows in Asia and Africa. It is commonly used for stress like the stress experienced during this pandemic life!  Ashwagandha contains chemicals that might help calm the brain, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, and alter the immune system, according to WebMD. Ashawagandha is considered an adaptogen, which is believed to help the body resist physical and mental stress. Some of the conditions it is used for include insomnia, aging and anxiety.
Also, Tulsi is another herb I use to deal with stress. According to werywellhealth.com Tulsi is considered an adaptogenic herb that is thought to help adapt the body to stress and boost energy. Tulsi is used for anxiety, stress, fatigue and may be used in herbal formulations to treat asthma, bronchitis, colds and the flu.
Bacopa or Brahmi powder is used for improved brain function in cases like Alzheimer's disease, memory and thinking skills deficit, anxiety and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, according to WebMD. Besides helping your brain work more efficiently, I originally purchased Bacopa powder to use on my hair for growth. I learned later how good for the body bacopa tea was overall and the more you take it the more thinking clarity you will experience.

How to get burnt food out of #InstantPot, sign up for #AmazonFresh

I made a great big pot of fresh greens prepared in my Instant Pot. We are a plant-based meal household finally and we had leftovers because we don't like greens that much. Anyway, I kept reheating the greens and eventually, all of the water boiled out of the pressure cooker and the once healthy, fresh greens became burnt and stuck to the bottom of the pot.

I used a leftover dishwasher pack dissolved in hot tap water to the soak. It took 10 to 15 minutes for the stuck-on food to loosen and allow me to scrape it out. I want you to try this the next time burnt on food is an issue. Click on the highlighted text to order what you need to make a big, healthy pot of mixed greens from Amazon Fresh. I get compensated if you sign up. There is a disclosure on the blog. It is how I supplement my income. Thanks.

#Oscillococcinum link⬇️ You don't have to stay sick during #Pandemic

Instead of feeling sick, order Oscillococcinum. I use this and it has gotten me through #thispandemiclife If you get sick, you don't have to remain sick. I took it three times a day until I felt better but I also used Oil of Oregano and Silver Hydrosol spray for my eyes, ears and throat.
